Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Loom Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
