Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
