Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
