Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
