Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Seattle with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
