Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Ivory Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
