Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Community Partners runs community programmes across Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
