Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Sacramento serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
