Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
