Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services is an inspection company in Memphis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
