Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Pike Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
