Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boston with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
