Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
