Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
