Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Vista Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
