Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Mill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Oakland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
