Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
