Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
