Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
