Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Civic Services supports public agencies in Boise with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
