Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Property Management and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
