Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Redstone Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
