Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
