Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Rowan Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
