Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
