Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
