Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Yarrow Facilities and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
