Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
