Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen River Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
