Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Loom Financial Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
