Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Linden Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
