Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vista Staffing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
