Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
