Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Memphis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 286 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
