Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
