Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
