Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
