Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind West Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
