Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
