Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
