Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
