Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Energy is an energy provider in Knoxville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
