Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Union Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Austin working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
