Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Summit Mill Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Nashville with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
