Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
