Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
