Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
