Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Rook Markets is a Grand Rapids retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
