Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
