Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
